Terms and Conditions: Which? Digital Annual Subscription Prize Draw

The Promotion: Purchase a new Which? Digital Annual subscription at the promotional 50% discount rate, and be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a 65" LG TV for your summer of sports.

Terms and Conditions
  1. The Closing Date: The prize draw will close at 11:59 PM on 11/06/2026 (the "Closing Date").
  2. Eligibility: Entry to the prize draw is open to new subscribers only who purchase a Which? Digital Annual subscription at the promotional 50% discount rate between 19/05/2026 and 11/06/2026. Existing Which? members or those renewing an existing subscription are not eligible.
  3. Automatic Entry: Eligible new subscribers will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon successful completion of their subscription purchase. No further action is required.
  4. Entry Limit: Entry into the Prize Draw is limited to one (1) entry per person. Which? reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone who enters the Prize Draw more than once using multiple Which? accounts or email addresses.
  5. The Prize: There will be two (2) winners who will win an LG 65C5 65-inch OLED TV, a Which? Best Buy rated product (the "Prize").
  6. Exclusions: Entry is not permitted for: a) employees of Which? Limited, Which? Financial Services Limited or the Consumers’ Association; and b) non-employees working at Which? Limited, or the Consumers’ Association, their immediate families and anyone living in the employee's or non-employee’s household. Participants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required.
  7. No Cash Alternative: No cash alternatives to the Prize are available. Which? reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  8. Selection of Winner: The winners will be selected at random by computer from all eligible entries received by Which? between the start date and the Closing Date.
  9. Notification: Which? will email the winners using the email address provided during the subscription checkout process, within 28 days after 11/06/2026 (the "Prize Draw Date"), letting them know they have won and asking them to confirm their delivery address.
  10. Claiming and Delivery: To claim the Prize, the winners must contact the supplier (LG) using the contact details provided in their winner’s notification email within thirty (30) days of being notified. Once the winner has confirmed their delivery address with the supplier, the Prize will be delivered at no cost to the winner within thirty (30) days.
  11. Winner Notification & Publicity: We will reach out to the winners via email to confirm they have won. Which? will publish or make available the winners' surname and county. If you are selected as the winner, you must notify Which? immediately if you do not agree to this or if you wish to reduce the amount of information shared. Please note that Which? may still be required to provide the winner's details to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to prove a valid draw took place.
  12. Claiming the Prize: If Which? does not receive a response from the winners, or if a winner fails to confirm their delivery address within thirty (30) days of the Prize Draw Date, Which? reserves the right to consider the winner to have forfeited the Prize and to award the prize to a reserve winner drawn in accordance with section 8.
  13. Technical Failures: Which? takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  14. Liability: Which? accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Which? for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of our negligence.
  15. Data Protection: Any personal data that Which? collects in connection with this prize draw will be processed in accordance with our privacy notice, and will only be used to administer this promotion.
  16. Amendment: Which? reserves the right to withdraw or amend either the Prize Draw or these terms and conditions at any time, and without notice, if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  17. Agreement: By purchasing the promotional subscription, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. Final Decision: The decision of Which? is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be invalid and disqualified.
  19. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
  20. The Promoter: The promoter of the prize draw is Which? Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 00677665) whose registered office is at 2 Marylebone Road, London NW1 4DF (“Which?”).
