Common questions

You have 14 days after the day you received your first Money, Tech, Gardening or Travel magazine to cancel. If you have not used the Money helpline, Tech Support, or Gardening advice and email service, you’ll be entitled to a full refund, otherwise you’ll be entitled to a partial refund. Once the initial 14 day cancellation period has ended, you can tell us you want to cancel your membership at any time, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the month/year you’ve paid for and we’ll take no more payments.
