Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is open to current Which? subscribers (including Which? and employees of WRP broadband brands) with Full Access, Digital, Magazine, Tech Support, Money, Gardening or Travel membership.
2. You must provide a valid email address linked to your Which? membership to receive the electronic gift card.
3. The offer is open from 19 March 2025 until 23 April 2025
4. The electronic gift card will be emailed to you 90 days after the offer closes.
5. You must be a new customer to the service provider (i.e. not switching tariffs)
6. The switch must be completed online.
7. You must complete the broadband provider’s onboarding and validation process.
8. Gift card will expire ten years after it is issued.
9. Gift card is only redeemable against one household and one member. If you decide to switch providers for multiple addresses you will only be eligible to receive one gift card.
10. Which? reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
11. Except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, Which? accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion.
12. Your gift card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account.
13. Which? is not responsible if your gift card is lost, remains unused after expiry, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
