To enter you need to be a Which? Member and correctly answer a question related to free content on the Which? Website (which.co.uk) and submit your answer using the form at signup.which.co.uk/12-prizes-day-3 before 11.59PM on the 3 December 2024 we'll enter you into a competition to win a £250 John Lewis e-voucher (the “Competition”).

Terms and Conditions
  1. Entry into day 3 of the 12 Prizes of Christmas competition “the Competition” will close at 11:59PM on 3 December 2024 (the "Closing Date").
  2. Which? members can enter by submitting an answer to the Competition question using the form at signup.which.co.uk/12-prizes-day-3. The question will relate to free content published on which.co.uk .
  3. Entry into the Competition is limited to one (1) entry per Recipient. Which? reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone that enters the Competition more than once using another Which? account.
  4. Entry is not permitted for: a) employees of Which? Limited, or the Consumers’ Association; and b) non-employees working at Which? Limited, or the Consumers’ Association, their immediate families and anyone living in the employee's or non-employee’s household.
  5. Entrants must be 18 or over, proof of age may be required.
  6. There will be one winner who will win a £250 John Lewis e-voucher (the “Prize”).
  7. No cash alternatives to the Prize are available. Which? reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of them) for alternative prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  8. After the Closing Date the winner will be selected at random by computer from all eligible correct entries received by Which? before the Closing Date.
  9. Which? will email the winner using the email address they provided when entering the Competition on or shortly after the Closing Date letting them know they have won and asking them to verify their email address, to which the Prize will be sent. The winner will be required to confirm their email address before their Prize will be released.
  10. The Prize will be sent to the winner at Which?’s expense by email, within thirty (30) days of the winner confirming their email address.
  11. Which? will publish or make available the winner’s surname and the county they live in. If you are selected as the winner you must notify Which? immediately if you are not agreeable to this information being published or made available, or that you require the amount of information published or made available to be reduced. Please note Which? may be required to provide the winners surname, the county they live in and email address to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to demonstrate that a valid draw has taken place, Recipients that would not be agreeable to disclosure of this information to the ASA in the event they are the winner should not enter the Competition.
  12. If Which? does not receive a response from the winner, or if the winner fails to confirm their email address within thirty (30) days of Which? sending them notification that they are the winner, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to consider that winner to have forfeited the Prize and to withdraw the Prize entitlement of that person and award the prize to a reserve who will also have been drawn out in accordance with section 8 above.
  13. Which? takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  14. Which? accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Competition or accepting the Prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Which? for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of our negligence.
  15. Any personal data that Which? collect in connection with this Competition will be processed in accordance with our privacy notice, and will only be used to administer this promotion.
  16. Which? reserves the right to withdraw or amend either the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time, and without notice, if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  17. By entering the Competition, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. The decision of Which? is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be invalid and disqualified.
  19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
